The Opportunity
Graduate Visualisation - London
We are looking for Graduate Visualisation Artists to join our Experiential Environments team in London.
Our Arup Experiential Environments practice is a creative studio, changing the way we experience the built environment through experience led design and communication. The team consists of a creative mix of digital artists and technical specialists. The team's focus is to be continually at the cutting-edge of visualisation techniques through applied innovation of virtual technologies and simulation.
You will help us to create images, animations and real time simulations (VR/AR), combine vfx, data visualisation, artistry and technology and design innovative digital solutions for clients.
In this creative and technical role, you will work closely with a number of different teams to deliver projects at different design stages, scales and visual impacts. You will have the opportunity to learn a broad range of skills, gain an in-depth knowledge of the processes involved and gather invaluable work experience in a dynamic and vibrant environment.

In this role, you will:
- Work within the team environment and embrace workflows and contribute to the collaborative environment of the team and beyond;
- Manage timescales and deliveries;
- Speak with clients/collaborators and converse in a professional and technical way;
- Have the drive to develop your own knowledge and expertise in applying skills with emerging technologies with a passion for the next practices in your discipline.
- In addition, you should have knowledge and understanding in one or more of the following:
3D Software (e.g. 3DS Max, Cinema 4D);
Real time graphics engines (e.g. Unity3D / Unreal Engine / Touch Designer); Computer graphics; (e.g. animation, games and visual effects production);
Programming; (e.g. C++, C#, Data Visualisation ) - Degree or equivalent in either digital arts, animation, games design, 3D design or architecture, with a prediction of 2:1 or higher.
