Our Integrated Delivery team is at the heart of winning, leading, and delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects across the City Planning and Design (CPD) portfolio. We aim to harness Arup's full breadth of expertise—nurturing talent, pioneering new ways of working, and expanding our capacity to deliver more and better outcomes for our clients.
Our team brings together landscape architects, urban designers, architects, planners, and sustainability specialists. We offer a broad and well-established landscape architecture service, supporting our clients with:
- Major infrastructure programme management and delivery
- Concept design through to planning
- Detailed design for construction
- Masterplanning
- Visualisations and 3D modelling
- Design guidelines and best practice
- Feasibility studies and area strategies
- Strategic planning and policy review
We work seamlessly alongside Arup's wide-ranging expertise, including urban design, ecology, architecture, planning, engineering, cost consultancy, and sustainability—ensuring every project benefits from a holistic, multidisciplinary perspective.
As a Graduate Project Manager within Arup's Integrated Delivery team, you'll play a key supporting role in the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects that a better built environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality, coordinated, and timely project outputs that align with client expectations and project goals.
- Assisting in the day-to-day management of project scope, programme, and budget, helping to keep everything on track.
- Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to ensure seamless coordination and integration of design inputs.
- Helping to prepare key project documentation such as reports, client submittals, meeting minutes, presentations, and project plans.
- Contributing to the organisation and documentation of project meetings, including tracking actions and ensuring follow-up.
- Supporting the Project Manager and senior team with project reporting, progress tracking, and risk identification.
- Assisting in the preparation and management of Requests for Information (RFIs), change control documentation, and contractual records under guidance.
- Engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including architects, engineers, clients, subconsultants, and JV partners, to help maintain clear communication and project alignment.
- Helping to develop and maintain project management tools and systems to support efficient delivery.
- Gaining broad technical awareness to effectively support and understand multidisciplinary project teams.
- Contributing to commercial oversight tasks such as budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and cost reporting, as your experience grows.
- Working as part of a supportive project management community, building strong relationships across Arup and developing your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Is this role right for you?
We are looking for the following qualifications, attributes and skills.
- Bachelor's degree or a master's degree in the field of Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture
- Good communication skills essential for team-based working
- Sound knowledge of engineering fundamentals
- Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
- Must be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges
- Able to work independently or as part of a large team
- Interest in infrastructure and buildings projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
This role is based in London, and we will be considering UK based applications only.
