Arup Women in STEM - Virtual Event

Arup is a global collective of designers, consultants and experts working globally. Founded to be humane and excellent, we collaborate with our clients and partners using imagination, technology, and rigour to shape a better world. 

Arup invites undergraduates and Masters students to a virtual event on Thursday, 24 October 2024 where we’ll showcase Arup’s female talent and show where a career at Arup can take you.   

Engineering UK reports that the percentage of women working in engineering and technology occupations dropped from 16.5% in 2022 to 15.7% in 2023. This demonstrates that there is still more work to be done to ensure fair representation of female talent in the industry.  

Join this two-hour virtual event where you will hear more about Arup, learn from inspiring women across the business who will share their career journeys and hints and tips on beginning a career in engineering.
